Every ProDentim order is covered by a 60-day, 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund of your purchase price within 60 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by ClickBank, the retailer.

We want you to feel confident trying ProDentim. If for any reason you are not happy with your results, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to ask for a full refund of the product price.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Find your order receipt email from ClickBank. It contains your order number.
  2. Visit ClickBank customer support at clkbank.com and look up your order using your email address or order number.
  3. Submit a refund request and follow any return instructions provided.
  4. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Returning Product

You may be asked to return bottles, including empty or partially used ones, to the address provided by support. Please do not send products back without first contacting support, since returns without an authorization may be delayed.

Shipping Charges

The 2-bottle package includes a $9.99 shipping charge, while the 3- and 6-bottle packages ship free within the United States. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may not be refundable. International orders may carry additional shipping fees, duties or taxes that are not covered by the guarantee.

Refund Timing

After approval, refunds are typically processed within a few business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Digital Bonuses

Free digital bonuses included with 6-bottle orders are yours to keep. No separate refund applies to them since they are provided at no charge.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact ClickBank customer support with your order number so they can help resolve the issue.
